Offering everything from Emsculpt and Exion to dermal filler, tox, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, laser skin resurfacing, and medical weight loss — Filer is the rare practice that bridges wellness and aesthetics under one roof. With a service menu this comprehensive, the opportunity to build something truly standout was there from day one. It just needed a brand to match.

WHAT WE BUILT
We started at the foundation. Before a single post went live, we developed Filer's complete brand identity — defining their color palette, selecting their typography, and establishing the visual language that would carry every piece of content we created.
From there, we built and managed their full social media presence on Instagram — original static graphics, carousels, Reels, and Stories, all created from scratch with no templates and no stock imagery. Every piece of content was built specifically for Filer, designed to reflect the quality of their treatments and the experience of being their patient.
Beyond content creation, we took Filer's brand into the community. We hosted multiple influencer events, bringing local voices into the practice and generating authentic, high-quality content that extended their reach organically. We secured two dedicated brand ambassadors — real patients who became the face of the brand in the market.
The result is a practice that looks and feels like the premium destination it is — with a brand identity, content strategy, and community presence built entirely by Tyght Brand House from the ground up.
